About Us

Monica 

Monica Shea has lived in Colorado Springs since 2003, and grew up in the Tampa Bay area in Florida. She is a graduate of the University of Florida and previously worked in public relations and logistics for a large international agricultural company. After starting a real estate investment company in 2005, Monica decided to expand her real estate career and work as a Realtor.

Without a doubt, she has now found her true calling and loves working with clients on something so personal as buying and selling their homes – from house hunting with buyers, getting a listing ready for sale, negotiating the best deal for her clients, and everything in between.

Ryan

Ryan Shea joined the Platinum Group in 2014 after a career in Cardiac Nursing. He brought his experience and passion for patient care to his career in real estate, as business partner with his wife, Monica. Ryan’s career in real estate allows him to connect with clients on a personal level while helping them fulfill their real estate goals.

Ryan moved to Colorado for college and has a Bachelor’s Degree from Colorado State University in Corporate Wellness/Cardiac Rehabilitation. Ryan grew up in the Boston area and is a loyal New England (and Colorado) sports fan. Ryan’s passions include camping, fishing, golfing, attending music and sporting events, along with spending time with his family and dogs.
